    Armor Asphalt offers asphalt paving, sealcoating, crack sealing, striping, and general asphalt maintenance for both residential and commercial clients in the Jonesboro, Paragould, and surrounding Northeast Arkansas area.
  • How long does the work take?
    It really depends on the scope of the project. Most residential sealcoating jobs are completed in a few hours. Larger paving projects vary but are typically completed within 1–3 days.
  • How soon can you start my project?
    Lead times vary by season. We recommend reaching out 2–4 weeks in advance during peak months (spring and summer).
  • How is pricing determined?
    Pricing is based on square yardage, condition of the asphalt, type of work required, and location. We’ll provide a detailed written estimate after evaluating your site.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept cash and checks. All major credit cards are accepted, and the 3% handling fee will be added to the price. Some commercial clients may qualify for invoiced terms.
  • Do you offer free estimates?
    Yes. All on-site estimates are provided free of charge.
  • What should I do before the crew arrives?
    Please clear the area of vehicles, debris, and personal items. Please turn off all landscape watering/sprinklers until job is complete. We’ll provide any specific prep instructions when scheduling.
  • How soon can I use the surface after sealcoating or paving?
    Sealcoat usually cures within 24 – 48 hours. Paving can often be used within 24 – 72 hours, depending on weather and usage.
  • How often should asphalt be sealcoated?
    Typically every 2–3 years, depending on wear, traffic, and weather conditions.
  • What happens if I notice an issue after the job is completed?
    Contact us right away. We stand behind our work and will evaluate any concerns promptly.
  • What warranty do you offer on your services?
    We offer a 1-year limited workmanship warranty on qualifying projects. Full warranty details are included in your written proposal.
  • Do you subcontract your work?
    Almost never. However, when we do, we subcontract specific tasks to trusted partners—especially when needed to meet tight project schedules. However, all subcontracted work is overseen directly by Armor Asphalt to ensure it meets our quality standards and your expectations.
  • Can I schedule multiple properties at once?
    Yes. We regularly handle multi-site commercial and residential work. Just let us know your needs.
  • Are you licensed and insured?
    Absolutely. Armor Asphalt is a fully licensed and insured general contractor for your protection and ours.
